We believe in fair communication and reasonable solutions for both client and team. This policy outlines exactly when and how refunds are handled — no hidden clauses, no surprises.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A. Before Project Starts

If you cancel before work begins, you are eligible for a 100% refund — no questions asked.

B. After First Draft

If the first draft is delivered and you are not satisfied, a partial refund (40%–50%) may be provided based on the work completed at that stage.

C. If WebInstant Fails to Deliver

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Project is not started within the agreed timeline
  • Initial draft is not delivered within the promised timeframe (excluding client-caused delays)

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

Project Progress Completed

  • Design is approved and development has started
  • Website is partially or fully delivered
  • Client delays due to missing content (text, images, access)
  • Client decides to cancel after work has progressed

Third-Party Costs

  • Hosting/domain purchases
  • Paid plugins, tools, or assets already procured

👉 Third-party costs are non-refundable regardless of project status.

3. Custom & Business Projects

For complex projects (business, e-commerce, custom websites):

Special Conditions

  • No refunds once development has started
  • Partial refund only possible before first draft delivery

4. Refund Processing Time

India — UPI / Bank Transfer

3–7 business days after approval

International Payments

5–14 business days after approval

5. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to us with the following details:

6. Fair Use Policy

WebInstant reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
