2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

Requirements

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have guardian permission
  • You are legally authorized to enter into an agreement

3. Project Scope

All work will be done strictly as per the selected plan features and client-approved requirements.

⚠️ Important: Any extra features, pages, or changes outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

4. Payments Required

Payment Structure

  • 50% advance payment required before starting work
  • 50% remaining payment before final delivery
  • Work starts only after advance payment is received
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has started or resources are allocated

5. Project Timeline

Delivery time depends on project type and complexity, client response time, and content provided on time.

⏳ Delays in content or approvals from the client's side may increase the overall delivery time.

6. Revisions Policy

Revision Terms

  • Each plan includes a limited number of revisions
  • Revisions are for minor changes only
  • New features or major redesigns will be charged separately

7. Delivery & Handover

After project completion:

  • Website files or live deployment will be provided
  • Basic guidance may be included (based on plan)
  • Client is responsible for login credentials after handover

8. Maintenance Plan-based

Maintenance applies only if included in the plan or purchased separately:

Covered Under Maintenance

  • Minor content updates
  • Bug fixes
  • Basic support

Note: Maintenance does not include redesign or development of new features.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide the following for project progress:

  • Content — text, images, and branding assets
  • Accurate and complete project requirements
  • Hosting/domain access (if needed for deployment)

Delays caused by missing or late content are not WebInstant's responsibility.

10. Hosting & Domain

WebInstant does not own or manage hosting or domain accounts. We only assist with setup, deployment, and configuration.

Any hosting issues are handled directly by the respective hosting provider — not WebInstant.

11. Refund Policy

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are not available once work has started or resources are allocated
  • Refund is only possible if the project has not started at all

12. Ownership & Portfolio Rights

After full payment has been received:

  • Client owns the final website and all deliverables
  • WebInstant may showcase the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing

13. Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and do not share:

  • Project files and assets

14. Limitation of Liability

WebInstant is not responsible for:

Exclusions

  • Hosting/server issues
  • Domain problems
  • Third-party tool failures
  • Data loss due to client actions

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

15. Termination

We may cancel a project in the following circumstances:

Grounds for Termination

  • Client is unresponsive for 7 or more days
  • Abuse or inappropriate behaviour toward the team
  • Payment terms are not followed

Work completed up to the point of cancellation must be paid in full.

16. Acceptance

By using WebInstant services — whether by placing an order, making a payment, or communicating project requirements — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms & Conditions.
